Problem statement
heart rate broadcasting tool : real-time HR data broadcasting on this app and option to pull data to our server and display it real-time in webpage via websocket concept just real-time heart rate only no need to store data
just add a option add our server URL post real-time heart data to our server websocket listner

if possible set the notifcation alert for LOW and Max HR
